Ongera Ubeho ("we", "us") is a community-based Youth & Family Mentorship Hub in Kigali, Rwanda. We take the trust of the families and partners we work with seriously — including online. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect, and why
- Information you send us through forms. When you use the enquiry forms on our Get Involved page, we receive what you type — such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, message, and any document you choose to attach. We use it for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to you.
- Basic visit statistics. We use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read, and roughly where visitors come from. This helps us improve the site. It does not tell us who you are.
How your form messages travel
Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox by FormSubmit, a form-delivery service. FormSubmit briefly processes your submission in order to email it to us and does not keep uploaded files beyond a short period. Once your message reaches our inbox, it is handled only by the Ongera Ubeho team.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We never share your details with third parties for marketing.
- We never use your information for anything other than responding to you and running our programmes.

- PostHog — anonymous visit statistics.
Your choices
If you would like us to delete an enquiry you sent us, or you have any question about your information, write to us at Ongeraubehohubrwanda@gmail.com and we will act on it promptly.
Children
Our programmes serve young people, but this website is intended for parents, partners, mentors, and supporters. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
We may update this policy as the project grows; the date at the top always reflects the latest version.
